Do I need to print my tickets?

Nope, we can scan your tickets from your phone. There’s no need to print your tickets (unless you want to!).

Ensure that you have received the email from tickets@bluprintevents.io with your tickets attached as a PDF.

Open the PDF when you get to the door and we’ll scan the QR code that is printed at the bottom of the ticket!

I haven’t received an order confirmation

There’s a couple of reasons why this might happen

  1. Check your email spam/junk folder for an email from noreply@lmsuk.org
  2. Check that a payment has been taken from your bank account. The payment will have a reference of LMSUK Events
  3. Check that you made an order. You should see an order under My Account with a Processing status.
  4. Ensure that your email account has enough space to receive emails.

I haven’t received my tickets via email

There’s a couple of reasons why this might happen

  1. Check your email inbox/spam/junk folder for an email from tickets@bluprintevents.io
    • Bluprint Events is our e-ticket generation partner. They will email you with your tickets within 60 minutes of making your order.
    • Be sure to check your inbox categories (Updates in Gmail, for example).
  2. Ensure you have waited up to 60 minutes for your tickets to arrive. In most cases, your tickets will be in your inbox within 5 minutes.
  3. Ensure that you have entered your email correctly on your order.
    • If your email is incorrect, you can enter an alternative email here.
  4. Ensure that your email account has enough space to receive emails.

If you’re still having issues, don’t panic.

We are able to manually check you in on the door without your ticket. We just need the name of the person who originally purchased the ticket/s.

If you would like us to resend your tickets, please use our missing tickets form.

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours to respond, as we manually verify your purchase and resend tickets.

If you would like peace of mind knowing that you’re definitely on the event list, feel free to email support@bluprintevents.io with your full name and email that you used to purchase the tickets.
